I've been privileged enough to work one on one and just recently, participated in a 4 week parent work shop with Rach and the words "thank you" don't do justice. Rachel has transformed my relationship with myself and with my daughter. Her coaching skills are varied but the magic lies in her ability to connect very quickly and identify the problem in a very painless way. Her intuition means that she adapts her tools and skill sets to the individual which brings about incredible results.
